Love your work, but this is unfortunately NOT available worldwide. GDPR regulations are too much for Tubi TV to want to deal with offering people to opt out of being tracked, to comply with European (and, I thought, Californian?) law, and so they simply don't allow people with EU country-associated IP addresses to connect.
At least Substack's requirement to make an account to leave comments means that there may be more responsible comments in the long run, because of accountability and tracability.
